Fixes for the most common problems.
I can't see the menu-bar icon
A full menu bar hides icons behind the notch. Use ⌥ Space, or remove some icons in System Settings → Menu Bar, or ⌘-drag Orbix's sparkle where you want it.
⌥Space does nothing
Another app may own it; Orbix then uses ⌃ ⌥ Space — the footer shows which. Clicking Orbix in Spotlight also opens it.
Orbix doesn't see my screen or windows
Check the permissions card at the top of the panel. After allowing Screen Recording, click Restart Orbix.
“Claude Code isn't installed” or “needs you to sign in”
Install Claude Code, then run claude once in Terminal and sign in. The dot next to the engine in the footer turns green when it's ready.
“macOS hasn't let Orbix control that app”
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Automation → Orbix and switch the app on.
Calendar or reminders don't work
Allow Orbix in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars (or Reminders), with full access.
