Your day

The evening

The day closed, tomorrow ready, and a bedtime that fits it.

The evening card

From 9 pm (you choose), the first time you're at your Mac, Orbix shows the day closed: focus and distraction, food and spending, what's still open, documents to renew — and tomorrow, with its first meeting. Choose Show, Notify or Off in Settings → Orbix speaks up → Evening wind-down.

Your bedtime

Orbix works back from the morning: 75 minutes before a meeting that starts before 11, or when you usually start on your Mac. Eight hours of sleep — half an hour more after a short night — and a quarter of an hour to fall asleep. With a few weeks of WHOOP or Fitbit data, it also tells you how your late nights show up in the next morning's recovery.

Winding down

Wind down switches on Night mode — Dark Mode, the volume down, the music paused — with one Undo for all of it. If you're still at your Mac long after your bedtime, Orbix nudges you once.
