Opening Settings

Click ⚙ in the panel footer, right-click the menu-bar icon and choose Settings…, or type /settings.

Section	Contains
General	Open at login, your instructions for Orbix (added to every request), clear chat history.
Orbix remembers	Facts you asked Orbix to keep, each deletable.
Engines	Which AI answers, keys, models, smart routing, your MCP servers.
Orbix speaks up	Evening recap and its time, meeting briefs, disk alerts, habit suggestions.
Recording	Memory on/off, screen text, clipboard, files.
Permissions	Status and Allow buttons.
Keep memories for	1 week to forever.
Never record	Excluded apps.
Your memory	What's stored, its size, forget and delete.
