Your spending from your own statements and receipts, read on your Mac.
Adding statements and receipts
Download a statement from your bank's website — CSV is best, PDF and scans work too — and drop it on Money & Documents (menu bar → Money & Documents), click Add statement, or give Orbix its path. Receipt photos work the same way. Orbix reads them on your Mac: there's no bank login, and nothing is sent anywhere. The same payment in two statements is counted once.
Where it went
Every payment gets a category — groceries, eating out, delivery, transport, travel, shopping, subscriptions, bills, health, fun, cash, transfers — from the merchant (and your saved subscriptions). The window shows this month against the same days last month, what changed most, your top merchants, and what's coming up to pay.
Privacy
Payments are kept on your Mac, readable only by your account, and never shared with your other AI apps. Orbix keeps the date, merchant, amount and category — not account or card numbers.
